OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on September 27, 2024 at 3:00 PM EST through October 4, 2024 at 3:00 PM EST, you (“Entrant”) must follow the following steps:
ii. Like the post related to this giveaway on Instagram; and
iii. Tag a friend in the post’s comments.
No more than one (1) entry per day per person is permitted. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more than once by using multiple email addresses, Instagram accounts, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent these Official Rules. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to Entrants as soon as possible by the sponsor identified below (“Sponsor”). Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these Official Rules without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Sponsor’s control.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C. 18 years of age and older. Employees of Pet HealthWorks, Inc. or its affiliated companies/agencies/organizations and their respective parents, subsidiaries, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate.
4. DRAWING: One (1) winner (the “Winner”) will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received and announced via story on the Antinol Plus Instagram account on October 7, 2024. Winner has two (2) days to respond via Private Message with full name and the address that the prize should be shipped to. Failure to send the Private Message within the aforementioned 48-hour timeframe shall result in forfeiture of the prize and Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select another winner. Winner is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address, as Sponsor is not responsible for lost shipments. By participating in this giveaway, Entrants accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes the Winner’s consent to the use of Winner’s name, image, and likeness, including biographical information, in any marketing material without further compensation or right of approval. If Entrant submitted their entry through a social media network, then Entrant forever releases and discharges the company operating that social media network from any and all liability relating to this giveaway. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media network.
5. PRIZES: All prizes are as stated, and no cash or other substitutions will be offered. Limit one (1) prize per family or household. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or greater value without giving notice.
6. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this giveaway and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
